• Delivery Time: The time it takes for your items to reach you depends on your location and the courier services available. Please be aware that in some remote areas, deliveries may only occur once per week.

• Return Shipping Costs: If you need to return an item, please note that customers may be responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

• Handling Fee: For online orders delivered both within and outside South Africa, a handling fee of 10% may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Returns: To initiate a return, please contact us for approval before sending any items back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
