1. Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return:

Contact us at Info@gasinstallations.co.za within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Do not send any returns without prior approval; unauthorized returns will be refused.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

Customized or personalized items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gas installations, gas cages, LP gas bottles, and labour services

Sale items and gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at Info@gasinstallations.co.za with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing time with your bank or payment provider may cause delays in the refund appearing in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:

Returned items show signs of use or damage not caused by us

Items are missing parts or not in original condition

Returns are made after 7 days of delivery

Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged if defective
6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

We may arrange courier collection or instruct you to deliver the item to our warehouse.
7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A 10% handling fee may apply for refunds on international orders outside South Africa.
8. European Union Customers
Customers within the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of goods to cancel or return their order for any reason, provided the items are in original condition and packaging.
