Installed in a convenient location inside your home, they're especially useful if the main unit is mounted high and out of reach. By allowing precise temperature control, they help reduce gas usage—eliminating the need to overheat water only to cool it down with cold water.

Water quality is VITAL to the operation of your Paloma Gas Geyser – the use of borehole water will invalidate the warranty. Therefore to ensure the longevity and validity of your warranty, the composition of water being used within the unit should not exceed the following maximum parameters:

If levels are exceeded, potential mineral buildup causing damage to the heat exchanger may occur. It's crucial to ensure water quality parameters are within acceptable limits or to install appropriate filtration systems.

Paloma/HSG stock a wide range of replacement parts, so if something goes wrong, you’ll likely only need to replace the faulty component — not the entire unit.
Important: Always use our service or a reputable gas refiller. Cheap gas is often cheap for a reason. We frequently find harmful additives and bulking agents in low-quality gas that can damage your regulator and the gas section of your Paloma.
If we detect oil or contaminants in the gas section (as shown in the top right image), unfortunately, the warranty on that part will be voided, and you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
